AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology (TAGTech), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), organized a specialized training course on state-of-the-art technical maintenance methods for its engineers and technicians working at its affiliated Customer Service Centers.
The course, presented by a group of Chinese experts and engineers working at TAGTech factory in China, was organized in Jordan with the aim of developing TAGTech’s staff capabilities and skills in maintenance, as well as providing them with the necessary expertise and knowledge, in addition to preparing the technicians to the launch of the production lines established in the region to produce technological devices, check and examine them, and monitor and control quality of their manufactured products.
The two-month intensive training course was conducted in line with the directions and guidance of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, on holding such specialized courses to transfer knowledge and improve human resource competencies to the highest levels.
The course tackled several topics in manufacturing and maintenance including: (Hardware and Software), accurate definition of technological components in general and components of the digital instrument panel, the correct use of maintenance equipment, in addition to a review of the failure diagnostic methods (common and accurate), training on the practical application of failure repair and the most common and current welding methods.
The course also included the practical application of manufacturing stages, full technical assembly and maintenance of devices, in addition to an introduction to advanced software of Android devices and Modern Data Science.
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology (TAGTech) started manufacturing technological devices through its main factory in China, producing up to 15 devices so far, including laptops, tablets, smartphones and other technological devices offered in more than 50-locations worldwide.
It is worth mentioning that TAGTech has recently established its first factory in Egypt in partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), as one of a series of factories that TAGTech intends to establish all over the world, noting that the initial operational phase and training of technicians on the production lines have been implemented.
