AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and founder of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), assigned Mr. Fadi Daoud, TAG.Global Education and Youth Consultant and Economic Researcher and Development Expert, to lead the Smart Learning Program in Jordan, the Arab world and worldwide in his capacity as Executive Director.
Mr. Daoud was selected to carry out this project for his leadership skills, strategic planning and project management as well as his accumulated experience in youth initiatives and local development for more than 15 years in international agencies.
TAG.Global is currently leading a national project of digital transformation in education through the ‘TAG Learning Smart Bag’ program to be achieved through the development of a specialized laptop at high specifications and competitive prices that serves all learning objectives for every learner at school, university and in any other profession.
Furthermore, Daoud affirmed that he will work with a specialized team to achieve the required goals within a clear, scientific and practical action plan for smart learning, starting with promoting digital transformation culture in society and emphasizing the need of utilizing information and communication technologies which have been strengthened by Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the significant digital acceleration of all aspects of life particularly in digital learning.
Daoud also added that the Smart Learning project has several cultural, human and economic dimensions that makes it a national and global project, pointing out that TAG.Global has established the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology (TAGTech) factory to manufacture and produce electronic devices which he considers a successful entrepreneurship in manufacturing the first Arab laptop that competes with those produced by giant global manufacturers.

It is worth mentioning that Daoud holds a Master’s degree in Research Methods in Administration from the University of Liverpool in the UK, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), in addition to various professional certificates such as a certified Learning and development manager (CLDM), a certified international professional trainer (CIPT) , and a Certified Projects Validator from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). He has been a member of various professional institutions including a board member of the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA), a certified board member by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Secretary-General of Sindyan Entrepreneurship & Development.
